MARPHYL® Sea Salt is a 100% pure all natural and hand harvested Fleur de Sel. The harvesting method helps to retain its natural trace minerals, which are easily absorbed by the human body and provide many therapeutic benefits. The sea salt is collected after the marine phytoplankton has been harvested from the ocean water in the tanks. This water is then naturally dried in our greenhouses to retain its minerals resulting in a perfectly sized salt crystals (no grinding necessary).

Just looking for info… the salt tastes great on its own

    • MARPHYL Marine Phytoplankton

      Hi Josh!
Thank you for purchasing our Phytoplankton salt.
We find it really enhances the taste of salads and stir-fry dishes. We also like using it when baking vegetables.
Recently, we got into a habit of using it with fresh bread and olive oil as an appetizer.
We hope that these suggestions help. Please let us know what recipes you come up with, we would love to hear!
