Recommended dosage

For the Supplement in bottles:

Each bottle contains 30 pills. For humans, we recommend taking one pill per day. Each pill contains 150mg of MARPHYL® 100% all natural and multi-species Marine Phytoplankton.

For the Supplement Powder:

Perfect for daily intake with water, smoothies, juices or any other food.

For Pets:

For a dog of 55lbs (25kg) you need around one capsule (or 1/3 of a teaspoon) a day. For an average sized cat you need 1/2 capsule (or 1/6 of a teaspoon) a day.
